thread sizes on this one got me second-guessin myself, the JIC ends are both 9/16-18 and the NPTF port is 1/4-18, that right?

You got it exactly right. Both the male JIC and the female JIC swivel run 9/16-18, both conforming to SAE J514. The female NPTF branch port is the smaller one at 1/4-18, built to SAE J476. That size difference is pretty common on gauge port tees since the test point port doesn't need to carry the same flow as the main line connections.
