what thread type is on the swivel port of this tee, and is it the same size as the other two connections?

All three ports are 1-5/16-12, but they aren't all the same type. Two of them are male JIC SAE 37-degree flare, and the middle port on the run is a female JIC swivel 37-degree flare. That swivel feature is what gives you some rotational flexibility when you're routing lines and can't get a perfect straight-on alignment. All three conform to SAE J514, so you're working within a consistent spec across the whole fitting.
