This steel adapter features a 90-degree swept bent tube elbow, designed for hydraulic applications. It has a centerline length of 1.94 mm and an overall length of 1.80 mm.

The adapter is constructed from straight steel and includes two 7/8-14 threaded ports conforming to SAE J514 specifications. One port is a male JIC SAE 37-degree flare, and the other is a female JIC swivel 37-degree flare.

Both my lines are 7/8-14 JIC, one's a male end and the other's a swivel female. This the right fitting to connect em up at a 90?

Yeah, that's exactly what this one's built for. One end is a male JIC 37-degree flare and the other is a female JIC swivel, both sized at 7/8-14 and both meet SAE J514. The swivel end helps a lot during installation since you can rotate it to get the angle right without twisting the line itself. The 90-degree swept elbow gives you that direction change without having to force a hard bend in your tubing.

What kind of material is this made out of, exactly?
