Question by: Steve W on Jun 19, 2025, 11:52 AM
what's the max pressure this elbow can hold up to in a working hydraulic line?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 20, 2025, 3:01 PM
Rated for up to 5,000 PSI dynamic pressure, so it holds up fine in most industrial hydraulic setups running at standard operating ranges. The forged steel construction helps it handle that load without flex or fatigue at the fitting.
Question by: Roger P on Apr 13, 2025, 9:52 PM
got a hose end with a 5/16-24 JIC 37 flare, will this elbow screw right on and still turn where i need it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 15, 2025, 9:20 AM
One side is a male JIC SAE 37 degree flare with 5/16-24 threads, and the other side is a male SAE adjustable O-ring boss, also 5/16-24. The adjustable ORB end is meant to let you clock the elbow to your routing, and it seals with an NBR O-ring.
Question by: Marvin H on Mar 30, 2026, 12:47 PM
Hey, will this elbow handle 5000 PSI okay? Don't want no leaks.
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 1, 2026, 7:04 AM
Yes sir, it's designed to handle dynamic pressures up to 5,000 PSI, so you should be good to go there. The NBR O-ring seal will help keep things leak-free, too.
