What kind of thread setup are we dealing with on this elbow, one end to the other?

One end is a male JIC SAE 37-degree flare and the other is a male SAE adjustable O-ring boss. Both ends are 9/16-18 thread size and meet SAE J514 spec. That adjustable O-ring boss end gives you some flexibility on clocking the fitting once it's installed, which comes in real handy when you're working in tight quarters and need the hose to run a specific direction.
