What kind of pressure can this elbow handle without giving out?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 4, 2025, 12:02 PM
This elbow is rated for a maximum dynamic pressure of 5,000 psi, so it's made to hold up in high-pressure hydraulic systems.

fitting's got a 7/8-14 on one end and 9/16-18 on the other -- that right for a #10 JIC to #6 ORB setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 10, 2025, 6:37 PM
those thread sizes are correct. The #10 MJIC side runs a 7/8-14 thread with a 37-degree flare per SAE J514, and the #6 MORB side is 9/16-18, also SAE J514. Both ends are male, so you're threading into female ports on your components. That combination is exactly what a 10 JIC to 6 ORB adapter elbow should be.
