A forged steel 90-degree long elbow designed for hydraulic line routing where a gradual directional change is required, the 16MJ-12MAORB 90 ELB LONG connects a 1-5/16-12 Male JIC SAE 37-degree flare on one end to a 1-1/16-12 Male SAE Adjustable O-Ring Boss on the other. Both threads conform to SAE J514, making this fitting suitable for standard hydraulic assemblies requiring reliable, leak-resistant connections.

Manufactured by Brennan Industries from a steel forging, this fitting features an NBR O-ring seal at the adjustable O-ring boss end. The long elbow geometry provides an overall length of 3.010 inches, with a centerline length of 1.810 inches and a hex dimension of 1.250 inches. got a hose end that’s 1-5/16-12 JIC, will this elbow mate up on that side or am i off a size

On the JIC side it is a 1-5/16-12 male JIC with a 37 degree flare, built to SAE J514. If your hose end is the matching female JIC 37 degree flare in 1-5/16-12, that end will thread on and seal on the flare.
