Question by: Kirk M on Aug 25, 2025, 7:55 AM
What kind of applications does this valve work for? I'm seeing a whole bunch listed.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 26, 2025, 6:52 PM
This directional control valve is suitable for a wide range of applications, including die casting, machine tools, marine/offshore, presses, primary metal processing, paper mills, test equipment, simulation, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water systems.
Question by: Diane B on Jan 2, 2026, 8:37 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 60 LPM, that enough for a press application or is it gonna be too restrictive?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 4, 2026, 6:54 AM
For press applications, 60 litres per minute is a reasonable working capacity, and press systems are actually one of the listed application types for this valve. Whether it fits your specific circuit depends on your actuator sizing and cycle demands, but the flow rating itself is not out of place in that environment.
