Danfoss / Eaton Aeroquip 6-Wire Spiral TTC Fitting

Description & Features

Designed for high-pressure hydraulic hose assemblies, the Danfoss / Eaton Aeroquip 6-Wire Spiral TTC Fitting is a carbon steel crimp fitting configured with a SAE Code 62 flanged end and a 60-degree elbow orientation. The -16 hose dash size accommodates six-wire spiral hose, and the fitting meets SAE J1176 certification standards for reliable performance in demanding hydraulic circuits.

Dura-Kote plating provides superior corrosion resistance, extending service life in harsh environments. The fitting is system-engineered to support maximum hose assembly longevity and minimize unplanned downtime. With a flanged end on one side and a line/hose/tube connection on the other, this assembly suits a range of industrial hydraulic configurations where a right-angle transition to a SAE Code 62 flange port is required.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Wes G on Apr 8, 2025, 2:41 PM
This fitting has that Dura-Kote plating... how much better is it against rust, really?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 10, 2025, 2:26 PM
Dura-Kote plating provides enhanced corrosion resistance, which can really extend the fitting's life, especially in environments where hydraulic components are exposed to moisture or chemicals.
