The Danfoss / Eaton Ermeto Small Hex Union is designed for hydraulic instrumentation and chemical processing systems particularly high-pressure applications. Crafted from AISI/SAE 12L14 carbon steel with an exclusive Weathercotereg; finish it effectively resists nonflammable hydraulic fluids.

This fitting supports aluminum hard or half-hard copper steel stainless steel and extra heavy wall tubing that cannot be flared eliminating the need for tube flaring. It meets the rigorous specifications and standards of ASA ASME and SAE.

The product offers excellent vibration resistance and functions within a temperature range of -65deg;F to +400deg;F at maximum operating pressures. Notably it can be utilized at temperatures as high as 800deg;F with pressures from 1000 psi to 4000 psi depending on tube size. Operating pressure varies based on tube and fitting size.

what all kinds of tubing will this union work with? got some stainless and some regular steel lines i need to connect up

Stainless steel and standard steel tubing are both fair game here, and it also works with aluminum, hard or half-hard copper, and extra heavy wall tubing that can't be flared. The whole point of this fitting is that no flaring is required, so if you've got tubing that's too heavy or too rigid to flare cleanly, this is built for exactly that situation.
