This 7000 series Ermeto steel flareless fitting is engineered for high-pressure applications in hydraulic instrumentation and chemical processing systems. Constructed from AISI/SAE 12L14 carbon steel with an exclusive Weathercotereg; finish it resists corrosion from nonflammable hydraulic fluids.

Designed for use with aluminum hard or half copper steel stainless steel and extra heavy wall tubing that cannot be flared it offers excellent vibration resistance. The fitting operates effectively within a temperature range of -65deg;F to +400deg;F at maximum operating pressures extending up to 800deg;F in specific conditions.

The broad selection of sizes and styles available allows for versatile use in various industrial applications. Conforming to ASA ASME and SAE standards the fitting ensures reliable performance. This 0.63 inch tube OD to 1/2-14 male NPT straight connector eliminates the need for tube flaring simplifying installation.

does this fitting work with stainless steel tubing or is it just for regular steel

Stainless steel tubing is one of the materials this fitting is rated for. It also works with aluminum, hard or half copper, and extra heavy wall tubing that can't be flared. The flareless design is the whole point here, so you skip the flaring step entirely during installation.
