This Eaton Aeroquip 7000 Series Ermeto Steel Flareless Fitting is a 0.25 Inch Tube OD Union Tee, suitable for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems, especially in high-pressure applications.

Constructed from AISI/SAE 12L14 carbon steel with Weathercote® finish, this 7000 Series Ermeto Steel Flareless Fitting offers excellent vibration resistance and a broad selection of sizes and styles. It is designed for use with aluminum, hard or half copper, steel, stainless steel, and extra heavy wall tubing that cannot be flared. The fitting can withstand temperatures from -65°F to +400°F at maximum operating pressures.

what all kinds of tubing will this union tee actually work with? got some stainless and some steel lines i need to tie together

Steel and stainless steel both work fine with this fitting, and you can also run it with aluminum, hard copper, or half copper tubing. The one thing to keep in mind is that it's built for extra heavy wall tubing specifically, meaning standard thin-wall stuff that can be flared is not the right match here. If your stainless and steel lines are the appropriate wall thickness, you're in good shape to tie them together at a tee junction.
