7000 Series Ermeto Steel Flareless Fitting, 0.31 Inch Tube OD Union Tee

Description & Features

Designed for high-pressure hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems, the 7000 Series Ermeto Steel Flareless Fitting, 0.31 Inch Tube OD Union Tee connects tubing without requiring any tube flaring, making it well-suited for extra heavy wall tubing that cannot be flared. The tee configuration allows three-way inline connections in a single fitting body.

Constructed from AISI/SAE 12L14 carbon steel with Eaton's Weathercote® finish, this fitting resists the effects of nonflammable hydraulic fluids and is rated for a temperature range of -65°F to +400°F at maximum operating pressures. Compatible with aluminum, hard or half-hard copper, steel, stainless steel, and extra heavy wall tubing, it meets ASA, ASME, and SAE specifications. Vibration resistance is a notable characteristic, supporting reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

what kinda tubing does this union tee work with? got some extra heavy wall steel tube and wasnt sure if it'd be compatible
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 5, 2025, 8:30 AM
Steel tubing is right in the wheelhouse for this fitting. It also works with aluminum, hard or half-hard copper, stainless steel, and extra heavy wall tubing that can't be flared. The flareless design is actually the point here, so you won't need to prep the tube ends with any flaring before assembly.
