This Eaton Aeroquip 7000 Series Ermeto Steel Flareless Fitting is a 90-degree elbow designed to connect a 0.25 inch tube OD to a 1/8-27 male NPT thread.

Constructed from AISI/SAE 12L14 carbon steel with Weathercote finish, this fitting provides excellent resistance to nonflammable hydraulic fluids and vibration. It is suitable for use with aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel, and extra heavy wall tubing in hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems. The fitting is rated for temperatures from -65°F to +400°F at maximum operating pressures.

Wondering if this elbow fitting is okay for hydraulic systems running at pretty high pressure?

Operating pressure for this 7000 series Ermeto fitting depends on the tube and fitting size. It's designed for high-pressure applications, though, especially when used with extra heavy wall tubing.
