Designed for straight-run hydraulic connections requiring a reliable face seal, this steel fitting joins a 1-5/16-12 Male JIC SAE 37° Flare (SAE J514) on one end to a 1-11 Male BSPP with 60° seat on the other. The bonded seal configuration incorporates an NBR O-ring, providing a leak-resistant connection at the BSPP interface without the need for thread sealants.

The 16MJ-16MBSPP Straight Bonded Seal is manufactured by Brennan Industries as part of the 7002-BS series and is built from straight steel construction. The inclusion of a pre-assembled bonded seal (Brennan part 9900-16) simplifies installation in mixed-standard hydraulic circuits where JIC and BSPP thread forms must be bridged. This fitting is suitable for hydraulic systems requiring compatibility across SAE and BSP standards. California Proposition 65 warning applies.

Wondering if this bonded seal fitting will work to connect a JIC flared connection to a BSPP port on my hydraulic pump?
