A straight hydraulic adapter connecting a 9/16-18 Male JIC SAE 37° Flare end to an M18x1.5 Male Metric thread, the 06MJ-18MM Straight bridges SAE J514 and ISO 9974 thread standards in a single compact fitting. Manufactured from steel, it is suited for hydraulic circuits where JIC and metric connections must be joined inline without bends or offsets.

The SAE 37° flare seat on the JIC end ensures a reliable metal-to-metal seal, while the ISO 9974-compliant metric end provides compatibility with metric-ported components commonly found in European and OEM hydraulic equipment. So this thing connects a JIC to a metric thread, right? Just want to make sure I'm understanding it correctly.
