DANFOSS / EATON WHREDUCER - 3/4-3/8 TUBE

Description & Features

Designed for robust industrial applications, the Danfoss / Eaton WHReducer is a versatile solution for integrating different tube sizes. Engineered with precision, this reducer coupling features a SAE end type on one side and a line/hose/tube end type on the other, accommodating a transition from a 0.75-inch to a 0.5625-inch tube. Constructed from durable carbon steel, it ensures long-lasting performance even in demanding environments.

Featuring Dura-Kote plating, this coupling offers superior corrosion resistance, extending the lifespan of your hydraulic connections. The design flexibility of this component is enhanced by a wide range of available styles, while its ability to handle higher operating pressures surpasses SAE standards, making it suitable for various high-pressure applications. Its compact width of 1.25 inches and lightweight design at 0.5 lbs facilitate easy integration into existing systems.

Product Questions & Answers (3)

Question by: Rick W on Aug 7, 2025, 6:25 AM
Does this reducer coupling hold up alright when there's corrosion to worry about, like on outdoor hydraulic lines?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 8, 2025, 9:42 PM
Carbon steel construction with Dura-Kote plating gives it solid protection against corrosion, better than a lot of standard fittings you'd find elsewhere. It's a purpose-built coating for exactly that kind of exposure, so outdoor or moisture-prone lines are a reasonable application for it.
Question by: Wes H on Nov 30, 2025, 7:48 PM
got a 3/4 line and need to step it down to 3/8 tube, is that what this reducer is for?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 2, 2025, 5:19 PM
For stepping between sizes, it’s a straight reducer coupling that transitions from a 3/4 tube end to a 3/8 SAE end, using carbon steel construction.
Question by: Jean H on Jun 19, 2025, 2:39 PM
Will this reducer coupling hold up to some serious pressure in a hydraulic system?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 20, 2025, 6:42 PM
Dura-Kote plating on this Danfoss/Eaton Ermeto reducer provides superior corrosion resistance, and it's designed for higher operating pressures than standard SAE requirements.
