flow rate on this one says around 99 liters per minute -- is that right for a V20 series or is that just a listing error

That flow rate is accurate for this pump. The V20 1B13B 1C11 runs at approximately 99.67 liters per minute, which falls right in line with what the V20 series delivers at its larger displacement configurations. These pumps are built to move volume, so that number is not out of place for applications like wheel loaders or plastic injection molding where you need consistent, higher flow.
