Question by: Tony B on May 17, 2025, 11:28 AM
got a hose that’s right around 1 inch OD, would this clamp cover that size?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 18, 2025, 9:17 PM
It’s meant for hoses in the 7/8 inch to 1-1/4 inch diameter range, so a 1 inch hose falls right in the middle of what it’s made to clamp.
Question by: Pete Y on Mar 21, 2026, 2:58 PM
clamp says 7/8 to 1-1/4 inch, does that mean it'll work on a hose that's right at one inch, or do I need to size up?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 23, 2026, 8:33 AM
one inch falls right in the middle of that range so you're good to go. The clamp handles anything from 7/8 inch up through 1-1/4 inch, so a straight one-inch hose is well within what it's built for. No need to size up or hunt for something different.
