Got a 3525VQ series vane pump that finally gave up on us after years of hard use. This the F3-3525VQ38A21 11CC20R a straight drop-in for that series, or is there fitment stuff I need to sort out first?

Same series, same family. The F3-3525VQ38A21 11CC20R is built to the 3525VQ platform, so if you're pulling a pump from that line, this one slots in without a lot of headache on the fitment side.
