Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter

Description & Features

Designed for instrumentation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, this brass tee adapter from Eaton Aeroquip connects two female line/hose/tube ends to a central male NPTF port, all at a consistent 0.5-inch size across all three connections. The male NPTF end features a 0.5625-inch hex for secure wrench engagement during installation.

The Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter carries Dura-Kote plating for corrosion resistance and is rated to perform at temperatures as low as -65°F. It meets SAE certification 060425BA and supports operating pressures above standard SAE thresholds. Brass construction makes it well suited for a wide range of fluid and gas media commonly encountered in industrial environments.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Melvin A on Dec 20, 2025, 11:54 AM
Will this fitting hold up if I'm running hydraulic oil through it, or is it just for air and water?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 22, 2025, 6:38 AM
Designed for instrumentation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, this Eaton Aeroquip adapter is definitely compatible with hydraulic oil. It also features Dura-Kote plating, which gives it superior corrosion resistance, so it'll last.
Question by: Cindy H on Mar 15, 2026, 8:40 AM
what kind of environments is this adapter rated for, temperature-wise?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 17, 2026, 7:36 AM
Rated down to negative 65 degrees Fahrenheit on the low end, so cold storage lines, outdoor winter installations, and refrigerated system hydraulic connections are all within range. The brass construction and Dura-Kote plating help it hold up against corrosion in demanding conditions too, which matters when you're running instrumentation or pneumatic lines that need to stay reliable over time.
