Danfoss / Eaton ERMETO Steel 90 Male Pipe Elbow

Description & Features

Designed for industrial hydraulic systems requiring a direction change in fluid routing, the Danfoss / Eaton Ermeto Steel 90 Male Pipe Elbow connects a 3/8" NPTF male end to a 9/16" line, hose, or tube female end in a compact 90° configuration. Constructed from carbon steel, it carries certifications to ASME, SAE 080202, ASA, and MS standards, and is rated for higher operating pressures that exceed standard SAE requirements.

Dura-Kote plating provides corrosion resistance suited to demanding service environments across varied industrial applications. The adapter is part of the Aeroquip product line under Eaton's Ermeto range, which offers considerable design flexibility across hundreds of available styles and configurations. With a hex size of 1.06" and a drop dimension of 1.24", the fitting integrates readily into space-conscious assemblies.

Question by: Freddie W on Oct 3, 2025, 10:40 AM
Will this here fitting hold up in a hydraulic system that sees some pretty high pressure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 5, 2025, 6:52 AM
It's rated for operating pressures exceeding standard SAE requirements, so it should be suitable for higher pressure applications.
