Din X Male Metric W/Es Seal

Description & Features

Constructed from steel in a straight configuration, this Adaptall Din X Male Metric W/Es Seal adapter connects a DIN tube end (M16 x 1.5, L10 size) on one side to a male metric thread (M18 x 1.5, 18mm) on the other, making it well suited for hydraulic systems that require a transition between DIN and metric connection standards. The ES seal design provides reliable sealing performance at the metric end.

With a ch width of 24mm and overall dimensional references of 31.5mm (L1), 12.5mm (L2), and 12mm (L3), this compact straight adapter integrates cleanly into tight hydraulic circuit configurations. Adaptall's interchangeable fitting system allows this component to be assembled into a wide range of hose end combinations without requiring dedicated tooling.

Got a line running M18 x 1.5 metric on one end and need to tie into a DIN tube fitting, M16 x 1.5 L10 size. This the right adapter for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 6, 2025, 6:43 PM
That's exactly what this fitting is built for. One side picks up the DIN tube end at M16 x 1.5, L10 size, and the other side is a male metric thread at M18 x 1.5. The ES seal handles sealing at the metric end, so you're not relying on a separate seal component. Straight configuration, steel construction, and the 24mm ch width gives you a standard wrench flat to torque it down properly.

got a DIN tube end that’s M16 x 1.5 (L10). will this adapter let me step over to a male metric M18 x 1.5?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 2, 2025, 6:35 PM
Built for exactly that transition, it goes from a DIN tube end M16 x 1.5 in L10 size on one side to a male metric M18 x 1.5 thread on the other.

Hey, can this thing handle a good bit of pressure without busting a seal?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 10, 2025, 6:55 AM
This Adaptall adapter is well-suited for hydraulic systems needing a transition between DIN and metric connections, offering reliable sealing with its ES seal design.
