trying to swap an old elbow out, what threads are on each end of this Brennan adapter?

On one side you have a male JIC SAE 37 degree flare with a 7/8-14 thread (SAE J514). The other side is a male metric adjustable ISO 6149 O-ring port thread in M22X1.5.
