Built around a Teflon (PTFE) inner tube with a single-ply stainless steel braid reinforcement and stainless steel cover, the Danfoss / Eaton Teflon Hose Convoluted is rated to SAE 100R14A and engineered for demanding fluid transfer across a wide range of industries. The convoluted construction supports a minimum bend radius of 1.5 inches and handles temperatures as low as -65°F, making it well-suited for applications where flexibility and thermal range matter.

Compatible with Conv-O-Crimp hose ends, this -8 dash size hose resists vibration, impulse cycles, and chemical degradation, characteristics that support its use across automotive, pharmaceutical, food processing, chemical processing, steam, steel mill, and tire manufacturing environments, among others. Its non-conductive design adds a layer of suitability for electronics and similar sensitive applications. What kind of stuff can this hose handle without breaking down? I use a lot of different chemicals.

This hose is built to resist chemical degradation, so it should hold up well in chemical processing environments. It's also good for steam, air, water, and even some tough stuff in tire manufacturing.
