Got some British-made equipment I'm trying to tie into an existing NPT system. This adapter work for that kind of crossover situation?

Connecting NPT and BSPT threaded components is exactly what this fitting is built for. One end is a 1-1/4" Male NPT at 1-1/4 - 11.5 NPTF, and the other is a 1-1/4" Female BSPT at R 1-1/4 - 11. So if you've got a male BSPT port on your imported equipment and an NPT line coming in from your domestic setup, this gives you a straight, in-line transition without any awkward bends or offsets.
