This steel forging is a 08MJIS-08FJISS-08MJIS SWIVEL RUN TEE, part of the Brennan 8388-FG series.

It features a male JIS 30 degree flare on two ends, and a female JIS swivel 30 degree flare on the third. The thread size for all ports is 1/2-14 with JIS B 0202 thread specification, and BSPP thread with a 30 degree flare on one port. The C Hex 1 is 27.0 mm with a thread drill of 11.0 mm.
