Question by: Kirk C on Mar 21, 2026, 3:53 PM
what kind of machines is this valve actually built for? got a baler running hot and tryin to figure out if it'd hold up
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 23, 2026, 7:04 AM
Shears and balers are listed right in the application range for this valve, so you're in the right territory. It also covers presses, die casting machines, plastics molding machines, machine tools, steel mill equipment, and mobile and marine applications. The CVI-16 is a slip-in cartridge insert, so as long as your manifold cavity matches the 16 series, it should drop right in.
