VICKERS DG4V-3M-6C-M-KUP5-H7-65

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial fluid power applications, the Vickers DG4V-3M-6C-M-KUP5-H7-65 is a single-stage directional control valve offering three- or four-way directional control with a maximum flow rate of 80 litres per minute. The 30-watt solenoid and Buna-N seal construction make it well-suited for environments where reliable switching and chemical compatibility are required.

This valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, supporting straightforward integration into existing hydraulic circuits across a wide range of sectors. Rated applications include machine tool, press, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, primary metal and paper processing, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control systems covering wind, steam, and water. The breadth of compatible applications reflects the flexibility of the Eaton Vickers DG4V-3 platform, which spans thousands of model variants to address differing circuit and performance requirements.

Question by: Janice L on Nov 21, 2025, 9:39 PM
flow rate on this one is 80 LPM, that right? trying to match it up to replace a valve on our press line and want to make sure before we order
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 23, 2025, 6:28 PM
80 litres per minute is correct for this valve. It's a single-stage directional control unit, so that flow rating applies to the main valve function. If your press line was already running a DG4V-3 series valve, the mounting footprint follows industry-standard dimensions, which makes swapping it in a straightforward job.

Hey, will this thing work okay in a machine tool application?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 24, 2025, 12:54 PM
It's designed for machine tool applications, as well as die casting, foundry, marine/offshore, press, primary metal, paper, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control (wind, steam, water).
