Built around a convoluted Teflon (PTFE) inner tube with a single-ply stainless steel braid reinforcement, the Danfoss / Eaton Teflon Hose Convoluted is part of the Everflex 8500 Series and meets SAE 100R14B certification. The convoluted construction supports a tight minimum bend radius of 3.5 inches at -20 dash size, making it well suited for routed installations where space is constrained.

Rated for use from -65°F and across a broad upper temperature range, this hose handles vibration, impulse cycling, and exposure to aggressive media without degradation. Its conductive construction makes it appropriate for applications where flow-induced electrostatic charges are a concern. Compatible with Conv-O-Crimp hose ends, it serves a wide range of industries including chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food processing, steam service, automotive, steel mills, tire manufacturing, and tank truck transfer, among others.
