So this is just a back-up ring and not the main seal, right? Wanna make sure I order everything I need at once.

That's correct, this is a back-up ring designed to support the primary seal in your Vickers hydraulic system. It prevents the main seal from pushing out under pressure, so you'll want to make sure you've got the primary seal too.
