KBDG4V-3-2C24S-Z-M2-PE7-H7-11

Description & Features

Designed for precision flow control in demanding industrial environments, the KBDG4V-3-2C24S-Z-M2-PE7-H7-11 is a proportional directional control valve from Vickers by Danfoss, featuring an integrated on-board electronics (OBE) package. With a rated flow of 24 litres per minute and fluorocarbon seals, it is built to handle the rigors of high-cycle and chemically aggressive hydraulic circuits.

The integrated electronics design reduces the complexity of valve package installation, minimizes selection and installation errors, and allows for optimized valve-electronics pairing without the need for separate amplifier cards or external wiring runs. This makes it well suited for press, machine tool, die casting, foundry, primary metals, and marine or offshore applications, as well as turbine control systems and test and simulation equipment.

Question by: Dwight P on Nov 8, 2025, 3:25 PM
Hey, will this thing work okay in a metal foundry environment, with all the heat and grit flying around?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 10, 2025, 12:28 PM
For environments like die casting and foundries, this Vickers proportional valve is a good fit, as well as for presses, machine tools and primary metal applications. It also has fluorocarbon seals to handle chemically aggressive hydraulic fluids that may be present.
