KBFTG4V-5-2B70N-Z-M1-PE7-H7-12

Description & Features

Designed for precision flow control in demanding industrial environments, the KBFTG4V-5-2B70N-Z-M1-PE7-H7-12 is a proportional directional control valve from Vickers by Danfoss, rated for flows up to 70 litres per minute. The integrated on-board electronics (OBE) combine the valve and control electronics into a single unit, reducing installation complexity and minimizing the risk of selection or wiring errors.

Fluorocarbon seals provide reliable performance across a broad range of hydraulic fluids and operating temperatures. Typical applications include machine tools, press systems, die casting and foundry equipment, marine and offshore installations, primary metal and paper processing, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems, covering wind, steam, and water turbine applications.

The consolidated valve-and-electronics package simplifies system integration and supports faster commissioning compared to separate component configurations.

If I'm running this thing pretty much all day, every day, is that gonna be a problem for it?

This valve is designed with fluorocarbon seals to hold up across a range of operating temperatures, so it should be suitable for continuous operation in many applications.
