Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Kurt S on Aug 13, 2025, 12:20 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM -- is that gonna hold up runnin it on press equipment or is that more of a light-duty number?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 14, 2025, 9:25 PM
Eighty liters per minute is a solid flow rate for press applications, and press control is actually one of the listed uses for this valve. It handles directional control in demanding environments including die casting, foundry work, and turbine control, so it's not a light-duty component by any stretch. The Buna-N seals hold up well in typical hydraulic fluid environments, and the 20-watt coil rating keeps power draw reasonable for industrial setups.
