KBHDG5V52C95NTM1PE7H412

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers by Danfoss KBHDG5V52C95NTM1PE7H412 is a proportional directional control valve with on-board electronics (OBE), rated for flow up to 95 litres per minute. The integrated electronics package simplifies installation by reducing the number of discrete components required, which also lowers the likelihood of selection or wiring errors during commissioning.

Fluorocarbon seals make this valve suitable for use with a broad range of hydraulic fluids in high-temperature or chemically demanding conditions. Typical applications span die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, presses, primary metal processing, plastics machinery, marine and offshore systems, pulp and paper machinery, and test equipment, reflecting its suitability for continuous-duty industrial service. The valve's 2.76-inch body width fits standard subplate mounting configurations, and the optimized valve-and-electronics design supports straightforward integration into existing hydraulic circuits.

Can this valve handle the kinda temperatures you find in a foundry? We run pretty hot here.
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 23, 2025, 7:52 AM
Fluorocarbon seals mean it's well-suited to high-temperature environments and compatible with a broad range of hydraulic fluids, so foundry applications should be no problem.
