VICKERS DGMFN-3-Z-P1W-41

Description & Features

Designed for use across demanding industrial sectors including die casting, machine tool, press, marine/offshore, and turbine control applications, the Vickers DGMFN-3-Z-P1W-41 is a SystemStak directional control valve from the Eaton Vickers product range. It supports flow rates up to 60 litres per minute and features Nitrile seals suited to standard hydraulic fluid compatibility.

As part of the SystemStak valve family, this unit is engineered to reduce installation costs, eliminate external leakage, and boost resistance to contamination, making it a practical choice for multi-valve circuit assemblies in test equipment, primary metal processing, and paper industry applications. Alternate part references include C1KE50 and DGMFN3ZP1W41.

got a systemstak manifold setup already. is this DGMFN-3-Z-P1W-41 the kind of valve that stacks in, or am i barking up the wrong tree
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 22, 2025, 4:41 PM
Built for SystemStak assemblies, the DGMFN-3 41 design valve is meant to stack into a manifold-style setup, which helps cut installation cost and keeps you from having extra external leak points.
Question by: Dean G on May 10, 2025, 8:09 AM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 60 LPM -- is that gonna hold up for press applications or is that on the low end for that kind of work?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 11, 2025, 11:36 AM
For press applications, 60 litres per minute is well within the range where this valve performs reliably. Press work is one of the listed application types for this product, so it was built with that duty in mind. The nitrile seals also help hold up under the kind of conditions press environments tend to throw at a valve, including exposure to standard hydraulic fluids. As long as your system demand stays at or under that 60 LPM rating, you should be in good shape.

What kind of machines would this directional control valve typically be used on?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 8, 2026, 8:18 PM
Given its applications, you'll find this Vickers valve in die casting and foundries, machine tools, marine and offshore equipment, presses, primary metal processing, paper mills, test equipment, simulation setups, and turbine controls for wind, steam, and water applications.

i’m trying to swap out a stack valve, is this DGMFN-3-Z-P1W-41 part of the Vickers SystemStak line?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 10, 2025, 7:26 AM
In the Vickers by Danfoss and Eaton lineup, DGMFN-3 41 Design valves are part of the SystemStak family, built as stackable valves to help cut installation cost and reduce external leakage.
