VICKERS DGMFN 3 Z P2W 41

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMFN 3 Z P2W 41 is a SystemStak directional control valve from Eaton Vickers, rated for flow up to 60 litres per minute. Its modular stacking design reduces installation costs by eliminating the need for separate manifold connections, while also minimising potential leak paths within the circuit.

Nitrile seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media, and the valve's design contributes to strong resistance against contamination, a critical factor in applications where fluid cleanliness directly affects component life.

Suited to a wide range of industrial environments, this valve is used in machine tool, press, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, primary metal and paper, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment.

Question by: Wade C on Nov 17, 2025, 10:40 AM
i keep hearing “SystemStak” on these Vickers valves, what does that mean for the DGMFN-3 41 design?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 18, 2025, 6:28 PM
SystemStak is Vickers’ stackable valve approach, so the DGMFN-3 41 design valve is meant to be used in a stacked assembly instead of being plumbed up with a bunch of external lines. That setup helps cut installation cost and it also reduces the chances of external leakage.
Question by: Sheila W on Aug 6, 2025, 5:44 PM
flow rate on this one, is it 60 LPM? trying to match up what we got running on the press line right now
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 8, 2025, 7:13 AM
Correct, 60 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve. For press applications that's one of the more common setups this model gets dropped into, so if your existing system is built around that flow range you should be in good shape matching it up.
Question by: Lee W on Sep 15, 2025, 12:26 PM
What kinda machines is this valve used on?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 16, 2025, 3:16 PM
This valve is commonly used in die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore applications, presses, primary metal processing, paper mills, test equipment and simulation setups, and turbine control systems for wind, steam, and water power.
Question by: Sheila W on Oct 15, 2025, 3:41 PM
got a tight manifold stack, is this one meant to help cut down on hydraulic connections and leaks or is it just another valve in the pile?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 16, 2025, 4:50 PM
SystemStak style valves like the Vickers DGMFN-3 are built to stack in a manifold setup, which helps reduce installation costs and cuts out a lot of external hydraulic connections. With fewer external connections, it also helps eliminate external leakage compared to more hose and fitting heavy layouts.
