VICKERS DG4V 3 6N M U B6 60

Description & Features

Rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute, the Vickers DG4V 3 6N M U B6 60 is a single-stage directional control valve designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits. With Buna-N seals and a 20-watt solenoid, it suits a wide range of fluid power system requirements across both fixed and mobile environments.

This valve supports three- or four-way directional control and mounts to industry-standard subplate surfaces, simplifying integration into existing manifold assemblies. Typical applications include machine tool circuits, press systems, die casting and foundry equipment, primary metal and paper processing, turbine control for wind, steam, and water installations, marine and offshore systems, and test and simulation equipment. The Eaton Vickers design reflects a broad application range within a compact, well-established valve envelope.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Jean J on May 20, 2025, 7:37 PM
flow rate on this unit -- is 80 LPM enough for most press applications or do I need to be looking at something bigger?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 22, 2025, 6:13 AM
For a good number of press setups, 80 liters per minute gets the job done without issue. Where you might run short is on larger high-tonnage presses with fast cycle demands pulling more flow through the circuit. If your press falls in the mid-range, this valve handles it fine. The DG4V-3 series is also used across die casting, primary metal, and test equipment work, so the flow rating was built with varied industrial loads in mind.
