A low leakage, high head loss directional control valve rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute, the Vickers DG4V36CHMU1D660EN38 is designed for demanding hydraulic applications where minimising internal leakage is a priority. Typical leakage is 5 ml/min/land at 100 bar, achieved through specially engineered spools with increased overlap, approximately twice the head loss of a standard valve.
Fitted with Buna-N seals and a 1.8-inch body width, this directional control valve suits a broad range of industrial environments, including machine tool, press, primary metal, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment. Assembly drawing reference 698501 and installation drawing 508190 apply. Technical publication reference is TP 698502.
