How tight should I make this thing when I'm putting it together? Don't want to strip the threads.

Best practice is to tighten swivel fittings like this just enough to ensure a solid seal without overdoing it. You're aiming for snug, not Hulk strength.

this a swivel elbow or a fixed one? trying to figure out if it'll let me adjust the line after it's hooked up
