A low leakage, high head loss directional control valve rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute, the Vickers DG4V32NMUB660EN38 is engineered for demanding hydraulic circuits where minimising internal leakage is a priority. Typical leakage is approximately 5 ml/min per land at 100 bar, achieved through specially designed spools with increased overlap. Head loss is approximately twice that of a standard valve, a trade-off accepted in applications where leakage performance is critical.
Buna-N seals make this valve suited to a wide range of hydraulic fluids across industrial service conditions. Applicable across die casting and foundry environments, machine tool circuits, marine and offshore installations, press systems, primary metal and paper processing, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems including wind, steam, and water turbines. What's the deal with the head loss on this thing being twice the standard? Is that gonna cause problems in my setup?
