Question by: Floyd G on Aug 26, 2025, 7:12 AM
i got an Eaton Winner hose setup that calls for a Code 61 split flange, is this part basically the nipple assembly for that kind of connection?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 28, 2025, 6:45 AM
Function-wise, it’s a nipple assembly with a Code 61 split flange on one end and a line, hose, or tube connection on the other, so it’s meant for building a flanged-end hydraulic connection to a compatible component.
Question by: Pete P on Feb 28, 2026, 5:57 PM
what's the material on this flange fitting and does it have any kind of coating on it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 2, 2026, 8:45 AM
Carbon steel construction with Dura-Kote plating. That plating is specifically what gives it the corrosion resistance, so it holds up better than bare steel fittings in environments where moisture or other corrosive conditions are a concern. It also helps extend the overall service life of the hose assembly it's part of.
