flow rate on this one rated for 120 liters a minute, that right?

Correct, 120 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve. That puts it in solid territory for press and machine tool circuits where you need dependable volume without oversizing your system. The Buna-N seals hold up well in standard hydraulic fluid environments, so as long as your fluid is compatible with that seal material, you should be in good shape running at that capacity.
