VICKERS DGMX2 5 PA AW B 30

Description & Features

Designed for machine tool and multiple industrial applications, the Vickers DGMX2 5 Pa Aw B 30 is a SystemStak directional control valve from Eaton Vickers built to simplify circuit assembly and support reliable hydraulic performance. The stacked valve format reduces installation costs by minimizing the need for external interconnecting hardware, which also helps eliminate external leakage points, a key advantage in demanding production environments.

Rated for flow up to 120 litres per minute, this valve is suited to moderate-to-high flow hydraulic circuits where contamination resistance is a priority. Buna-N seals provide durable sealing performance across a range of hydraulic fluid types. As part of the Eaton Vickers SystemStak range, it is intended to integrate cleanly into stacked valve assemblies, keeping circuit layouts compact and manageable.

Question by: Harvey Y on Jul 24, 2025, 5:22 PM
Flow rate on this unit -- is 120 liters per minute enough to handle most machine tool setups, or is that on the lower end for heavy work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 26, 2025, 2:06 PM
For machine tool applications, 120 liters per minute is a solid working capacity. Most standard machine tool hydraulic circuits fall well within that range, so you're not going to be starved for flow under normal conditions. Where you'd start bumping up against limits is in high-demand multi-actuator systems running simultaneously at full load. For single or dual-circuit machine tool work, this valve handles it without issue.
