DANFOSS / EATON/HANSEN CPLNG

Description & Features

Designed for oil and gas applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Hansen Cplng is a male half plug from the Hansen HKFR Series of quick disconnect couplings. Built from carbon steel with Buna-N seals, it handles a flow rate of up to 25 gallons per minute and operates down to -40°F minimum working temperature. The 2-way valve design incorporates a ball lock internal connection mechanism and a sleeve lock safety feature for secure, reliable engagement.

Connection is push-to-connect on the male end, with a 1-inch NPTF female port on the opposite end, no special tools required for coupling or decoupling. The unit meets ISO 7241-1 Series B standards and carries Lloyd's Register Certification, with operating pressures that exceed ISO 16028 requirements. Manufactured under the Aeroquip / Hansen sub-brand, this coupling is suited for demanding fluid transfer service in industrial and oil and gas environments.
