Bspp Nipple

Description & Features

Manufactured from steel in a straight configuration, this Adaptall BSPP Nipple connects two male BSPP threaded ports in a single inline fitting. Side 1 carries a G 3/4 - 14 thread at 3/4" and Side 2 carries a G 1/4 - 19 thread at 1/4", making it a reducing nipple suited for circuits where two different BSPP port sizes need to be joined directly. Overall length is 40mm with a 32mm ch width across the wrench flats.

The steel construction and Adaptall heritage make this fitting appropriate for hydraulic and industrial fluid power circuits where a reliable male-to-male BSPP connection between differing thread sizes is required. The straight body keeps the connection compact with no angular offset.

Will this here nipple work to hook up different sized BSPP threads?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 22, 2025, 6:18 AM
Yes sir, this BSPP nipple is made to connect two male BSPP threaded ports that are different sizes. One side's a G 3/4 - 14, and the other is a G 1/4 - 19.

Got a hydraulic block with a 3/4 BSPP port that needs to feed into a 1/4 BSPP line, will this nipple bridge those two sizes straight inline without needing extra fittings?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 8, 2025, 4:41 PM
That's exactly what it's built for. One end is G 3/4-14 and the other is G 1/4-19, both male BSPP, so it connects those two different port sizes in a single straight fitting with no additional adapters needed. The body is steel and runs 40mm long, so it stays pretty compact in tight hydraulic connections situations.

got a 3/4" BSPP port on one side and a 1/4" BSPP on the other. is this the little reducer nipple that ties those two together?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 4, 2025, 6:24 AM
Made for exactly that hookup, it is a straight male to male BSPP reducing nipple with G 3/4 - 14 threads on Side 1 and G 1/4 - 19 threads on Side 2.
