Bspp Nipple

Description & Features

Constructed from steel, this straight reducing BSPP Nipple connects a 1-1/4" male BSPP thread (G 1-1/4 - 11) on one end to a 3/4" male BSPP thread (G 3/4 - 14) on the other, making it well-suited for hydraulic circuits where a reduction between two male BSPP ports is required. Both ends conform to British Standard Parallel Pipe thread form, providing a reliable mechanical connection in hydraulic systems using BSPP-compatible components.

Manufactured by Adaptall, the fitting measures 49.9mm in length with a 50mm across-flats width. Its straight configuration keeps inline installations straightforward, and the steel construction suits demanding industrial hydraulic environments.

trying to step down from a 1-1/4 BSPP port to 3/4 BSPP, is this the right straight nipple for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 14, 2025, 3:11 PM
For reducing between two male BSPP connections, it goes from G 1-1/4 - 11 male on one end to G 3/4 - 14 male on the other, and it stays straight through for an inline hookup.

Got a manifold block with a 1-1/4" BSPP port that needs to feed into a 3/4" BSPP line, will this nipple bridge that gap?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 4, 2025, 7:35 AM
That's what this fitting handles. One end is G 1-1/4 - 11 male BSPP and the other is G 3/4 - 14 male BSPP, so it connects those two thread sizes inline without any adapters in between. Both ends are parallel pipe thread, so you're staying fully within the BSPP system on both sides. Steel construction holds up fine in standard industrial hydraulic setups.

Will this nipple work to connect my 1-1/4" to a 3/4" line?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 3, 2025, 6:19 AM
Yes, it's designed to connect a 1-1/4" male BSPP thread to a 3/4" male BSPP thread, so it should do the trick for what you need.
