Constructed from steel in a straight configuration, this Adaptall adapter connects a 1-1/2" Male JIC fitting (1-7/8–12 UN thread) on one end to a 1-1/4" Male BSPP fitting (G 1-1/4–11 thread) on the opposite end. The adapter ships complete with a copper washer and O-ring, providing the sealing components needed for a reliable, leak-resistant connection between JIC and BSPP hydraulic circuits.

got a hose end that’s 1-1/2 JIC male, and the port i’m going into is G 1-1/4 BSPP. is this the right adapter to marry those up?

Got a piece of equipment running JIC lines that needs to tie into a BSPP manifold port. This adapter got both ends covered, or do I need something else in between?

Both thread forms are covered on this one. One end is a 1-1/2" Male JIC with a 1-7/8-12 UN thread, and the other is a 1-1/4" Male BSPP with a G 1-1/4-11 thread. No additional fittings needed to bridge those two standards.
