Got a piece of equipment with a BSPP port that needs to hook up to a BSPT line, same 3/8" size on both ends. This nipple gonna bridge that gap?

That's exactly what it's built for. One end carries a G 3/8-19 BSPP male thread, which is the parallel British standard, and the other end is R 3/8-19 BSPT male, which is the tapered version.
