got a 1 inch BSPP male on one side and need to step down to 3/4 BSPT male. is that what this nipple does?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 12, 2025, 6:50 AM
It adapts between those two thread types in a straight steel nipple. One end is 1 inch BSPP male with a G 1 - 11 callout, and the other end is 3/4 inch BSPT male with an R 3/4 - 14 callout.
Question by: Todd T on Nov 1, 2025, 1:12 PM
Got a piece of equipment running a 1-inch BSPP port and I need to step down to a 3/4 BSPT connection on the other end. This nipple gonna cover that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 3, 2025, 6:49 AM
That's exactly what this fitting handles. One end is 1-inch male BSPP (G 1 - 11) and the other is 3/4-inch male BSPT (R 3/4 - 14), so it bridges those two thread standards in a straight configuration. Both ends are male, so you'd be threading each side into a female port or coupling on your equipment. Steel construction, 41mm wrench flat, and just under 47mm overall length.

Will this fitting hold up alright in an oily environment, or do I need something more heavy-duty?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 1, 2026, 6:12 AM
This steel fitting should work fine for most hydraulic applications. Just make sure the oil is compatible with steel to prevent any corrosion over time.
